Aspire this weekend.

tadaa! My new laptop. =D

Yesterday was just the start of the IT fair at Suntec City Convention Hall, COMEX. It's my first time going down to an IT fair on the first day, not counting the times I went down as an IT promoter. haha. But that's not even the most epic part. The epic part is the fact that I got a new laptop. (」゜ロ゜)」on the FIRST day of the fair! A $1,048 SGD laptop!

I simply.. cannot.. believe.. myself.. The very first laptop I got by myself and all. Oh. With my dear J by my side of course. Egging me on to get it. He could totally be a sales promoter. The laptop came with a boxed set of freebies, but I turned that down to get a $20 discount. The boxed set of freebies was pretty lame and useless for me.. STILL! I wasn't tempted to get the laptop. So they threw in an 8G thumbdrive. .. .. Still, I didn't feel like the laptop was worth it. BUT! I got the laptop anyways. Cause J was soooo very 'persuasive'. ╮(─▽─)╭

8G thumbdrive! I don't quite need it but hey, still can use ah.

A sad thing about Suntec though. There's no cupwalker! I always thought there was an outlet over there. But it seems like it was actually each-a-cup. But even each-a-cup is no more! Replaced by a gantea. *sobs* Walked all the way to the last tower with Carrefour only to find no food! There was Rice Master though. The one with the rice cracker spitting machine. There was Royce too ~ But Macdonald's fries had more value.. haha.

Shall wait a few weeks before using my new laptop. The cover is like some kind of thumbprint collector or something. It's too easy to leave marks & cause it's on black, it's really noticeable. Can't stand it. Need a laptop skin!
