Hot & Heaty.

Last week's menu.
Monday; Dinner, cup walker & shaker fries.
Tuesday; No appetite for dinner..
Wednesday; Lunch, dim sum at 126, between geylang lorong 15/17. Dinner, KFC, one piece of chicken & 2 mashed potato (reg).
Thursday; Lunch, sliced fish bee hoon soup. Dinner, sakae sushi.

Kelly got me herbal tea for dinner while they had Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen..

The above would explain the numerous ulcers on my tongue. I skipped breakfast for a few days early this week cause the pain was so much greater than my hunger. Lunch was a must, but almost everything I had was 'plain'. For example, fish bee hoon soup.. the fish I gave to my colleague. Dinner was a full course meal of pain from lunch. *sigh*

But I am all healed now! I even had Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen for dinner today! =X Been spamming tao hway (aka beancurd).. it's a pudding version though. But last Sunday, I finally had the chance to eat selegie tao hway! I've been to Simpang Bedok countless of times for supper, but never did I notice the tao hway I like was so near me! It appears that they have the pudding version as well, but it's the traditional style that I miss. (^-^;)

Selegie soya beancurd! \(^o^)/

Wheat Baumkuchen from Toa Payoh. ❤

What to learn from this experience? Match cooling teas or beancurd as desserts for heaty food. What? Did you think I'd say "Avoid eating too much heaty food in a week?" Heck NO! Food is awesome. Eat it. & if what you eat is too heaty, eat AGAIN. But something different, something cooling to counter the heaty stuff. There's nothing wrong in eating more, but it's wrong in everyway possible, to not eat. *grins*

counter attack of the beancurds!
